Convenience of location. good gaming atmosphere and food.
Room was poorly maintained.
Very nice. Clean, and updated room.
did not have the remote to the tv. Called in and the maintenance people came out, left and did not return. Not my favorite shower. Tries to save water too much. Too expensive for what I received.
I love the shuttle and valet service. The clean rooms were great!
The price was great, very affordable compaired to the other casinos in the area.
I didn't find anything I disliked.
The Security in, around and throughout the hotel.
Distance between the casino and the motel.
when you book into Harrah's you think you are staying at casino but you are off site and are bused to facility It is a little inconvienent

all the cigarette smoke(lol)
very large inexpensive room
slightly shabby carpeting not bad but could have been vacuumed better
It was good, I thought the Casino was at the Hotel, But wasn't. The Hotel was nice, but didnot stay in the room long, I was dissapointed with the Casino. I think might have been short staffed for the weekend. Gambled at the Casino for most of the evening and Night . And got one Drink. I guess it was my stupidity because did not know you could order it by the slot machine. Thanks for asking Randy
I like to go over there ever now and then to get away.
The accomendations were great, the staff were friendly and heplful.
It was not at the casino.
It was very close to everything in the area and you could ride bus to and from many places without having to drive.
We reserved a room with a king bed and when we arrived we got a room with two double beds. We called front desk and was put on hold for 30 minutes and they never came back on the phone to answer our question. My husband went to front desk and manager said she was sorry but they did not have and king rooms open. We was charged for king room but never got a refund for being in double room. Very rude people at the front desk.
Great service. Awesome childcare facility on site.
We had a great view from our room, and the staff was great, and very helpful.
They need better shuttle service from hotel to casino
